Two items dominate the Oran Park frame set. Metal straps required at the top and bottom plates and not fitted, recorded on five separate occasions. And tie down bolts missing from the bracing, recorded four times. Both belong to the same system: the chain that ties the roof to the walls and the walls to the slab against uplift. Add steel beam and post connections needing attention, jamb studs not fixed off and junctions not nailed, and the pattern is fixings rather than materials.
